As a team, we started our humble journey with a clear mission to provide ways to delight our customers and from 2019 till now we have stood by it despite after having setbacks owing to the widespread pandemic that stuck our country bad. It gives me immense joy and satisfaction to hear from people that Novelty is bringing happiness into their lives. Novelty has stood as a synonym for purity and freshness. My personal focus has always been on uplifting the status of all my stakeholders and completely abiding by our vision to be a world-class pioneer in the milk industry. In my view, the virtues of foresightedness, critical thinking, and strategy formulation have helped us expand ourselves successfully over the past few years, and with a lot to do soon, we all are working strategically hard on strengthening our milk collection and product distribution network.

Putting in significant levels of effort and investments in our technology systems, we have stood high and have managed to add capacity and modernize our processes and techniques every now and then. I realized my responsibility to make sure that we are the most competitive company in the dairy industry and with the best infrastructure in place and the most competitive employees at work, we have ensured robust performance and continuous development of products to rejuvenate our consumers.

With the ever-growing demand for dairy products in the Indian market, we have tried to be a significant contributor to the supply of high-quality products but with the growth of unorganized and substandard dairy products, I fear the loss the country will face by consumption of these products.
