OUR MILK PLANT

Novelty’s Milk Plant is well equipped with state-of-the-art equipment which makes for the most efficient latest technology in the milk processing industry. Right from the very start, our advanced chilling mechanisms coupled with quality control measures makes sure the raw milk is in the best form. Our focus on providing pure and fresh milk starts from the daily procurement and processing of the milk which complies with food safety and hygiene standards. Our plant has a high-tech laboratory that is equipped with international standard equipment and is handled by dairy professionals. Further, our high-tech laboratories are managed by a team of analysts, microbiologists, chemists, and technologists wherein the milk quality is maintained using modern equipment and systems.

The Milk is then further pasteurized and homogenized in our plant which is untouched by the human hand. The milk is then pouch packed in different variants and used for a process for other products like Dahi, lassi, Paneer, Butter, Ghee, and Flavoured Milk. The plant is equipped with in-house machinery for packaging and processing all the milk and milk products with the least human intervention. Our world-class machinery makes sure that standardized quality is maintained with all hygienic norms being followed. Our temperature-controlled rooms and storage spaces are closely monitored to ensure the freshness of the product. All the operators and supervisors are well-trained to follow all hygiene measures. Regular follow-ups and visits from the top management ensure timely feedback and necessary steps being initiated for technology advancements in our plant. Our owned refrigerated transportation system ensures the timely delivery of our products in the most efficient manner.

Our Plant is also ISO 22000:2018 certified for its Quality Management Systems.
